How is the whole spray booth considered disposable?

It’s not - only the liners are meant to be disposable. The booth frame is made from durable aluminum and is built to provide years of service! Additional liners are sold separately if needed.

Can the liners be reused?

Possibly. It really depends on the job. With careful teardown and minimal overspray, yes they can be reused.

Do I need to put anything on the floor of the booth?

We recommend construction paper, like XBoard or similar be applied to the floor for absorbing overspray and providing a stable non-slip work surface. The plastic underneath this paper provides extra protection.

Do I need to use a respirator?

Yes, please use a proper respirator while working inside the PJSB.

What types of paints and solvents should I use?

Please use Non-Flammable, Non-Combustible paints and solvents only.

Can this booth be used outdoors?

Only under the calmest conditions. This spray booth is designed for indoor use. The PJSB is designed to fit inside of most living rooms and standard one-car garages.

What is the size and ceiling height of the booth?

6’8” is the height, width and depth of the booth. It is a cube-shape so all the sides are equal.

Can you paint interior doors in the PJSB?

No, the height of the booth is 6’8” so interior doors will likely not fit in the booth.

Is the exhaust sufficient to collect the overspray without it escaping through the open face?

Yes it is. But not enough to eliminate the need for a respirator. Note that you should always spray as far back in the booth as possible standing updraft from the exhaust. If you require additional exhaust ventilation, you can use a stronger exhaust blower or add additional vent attachments with additional blowers.

How long for shipping?

Transit time is usually 4-5 business days or less.

Astronomically over priced

I work for a company to heavily uses paint line Co products and overall I'm not impressed with the quality of the spray booth and accessories including these disposible plastics. It's criminal how expensive this is for what you get. I'm actively working on using other products because it's not worth it,
